Spectators: 7669 (Terracing: 5752, Seating: 1764, VIP seats: 153) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Damaso Rencio kicked off to start the match. Luganeros AFC's Alejo Gaspard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimeno Nel in the 3rd minute of play. Aristides Martinez kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Jimeno Nel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alejo Gaspard read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Alejo Gaspard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jimeno Nel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sixto Mattin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicente Richie in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th minute of the match, Alejandro Chano got a very nice opportunity to score, but Alejo Gaspard was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 30th match minute, Luganeros AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lino Remigio to maneuver through the defense. Luganeros AFC's Alejo Gaspard proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Luganeros AFC from getting a goal against them. Alejandro Chano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Alejo Gaspard made a huge save. If Vicente Richie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jimeno Nel to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute Jaime Pes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejo Gaspard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Damaso Rencio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alejo Gaspard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Pes in the 77th minute of the match. A collision led to Platense es de Primera!! getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Jaime Pes hit a great ball. Sixto Mattin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damaso Rencio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There was no doubt that Platense es de Primera!! were the better team. Platense es de Primera!!'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
