The audience was convinced that Peter Crouch's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Krama Bollen was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. A beautiful save bye Xandeco FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 24th minute Peter Crouch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Krama Bollen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Peter Crouch blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Krama Bollen having to make a save. Krama Bollen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Crouch in the 28th minute of play. The supporters of Xandeco FC booed when Egg Chasers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ozzy Acton didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 30 played minutes Egg Chasers FC got a freekick which was hit by Jonny Wilkinson. 31 minutes into the match, Xandeco FC's Antônio Martins broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Xandeco FC's Luiz Torres slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fabien Barthez. That made the score 1-1 after 34 minutes of play. Luiz Torres's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Fabien Barthez firmly grabbed it by the left post. Krama Bollen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Crouch in the 42nd minute of play. After 44 played minutes Egg Chasers FC got a freekick which was hit by Rex Wall. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Peter Crouch to strike the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes, Rex Wall mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Egg Chasers FC and the Xandeco FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Peter Crouch came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Egg Chasers FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Peter Crouch couldn't finish the play. Fabien Barthez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enio Ceresso, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Krama Bollen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Crouch in the 73rd minute of play. After 76th play minutes Peter Crouch shot 1-3, a short shot which went by Krama Bollen and just under the crossbar into goal. Xandeco FC's Melik Settar was substituted for Luiz Torres. After 81 played minutes Egg Chasers FC got a freekick which was hit by Ronny Whieldon. Xandeco FC's Krama Bollen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peter Crouch in the 84th minute of play. Fabien Barthez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmund Balkiewicz in the 87th minute of the match. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Egg Chasers FC's Peter Crouch in the 90th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Krama Bollen was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Xandeco FC through an amazing save. Xandeco FC's Krama Bollen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peter Crouch in the 93rd minute of play. Xandeco FC's attack was well implemented in the 96th minute, but when Melik Settar was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Xandeco FC made a substitution. Geraldo Palmeira replaced Antônio Martins. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Egg Chasers FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
