When Matthew Brookman fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Egg Chasers FC's protests and gave Matthew Brookman a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Egg Chasers FC's Matthew Brookman got a free kick in the 14th minute. Walter Sanvicente took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 14th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fabien Barthez. Egg Chasers FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a little luck, DON RAMON 72's Perivaldo Coelho got control of the ball when Matthew Brookman tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the DON RAMON 72 defense, Peter Crouch kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Perivaldo Coelho. The DON RAMON 72 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Perivaldo Coelho should have stopped the shot. In the 26th minute, Joel Groom ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Perivaldo Coelho was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. DON RAMON 72's Perivaldo Coelho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peter Crouch in the 29th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Groom in the 34th minute of play forced DON RAMON 72's goalkeeper Perivaldo Coelho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rex Wall helped the player get up and apologised. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Peter Crouch stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lee Bannatyne's late challenge caught a DON RAMON 72's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lee Bannatyne helped the player get up and apologised. In the 52nd match minute, Egg Chasers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lee Bannatyne to maneuver through the defense. Fabien Barthez was a little too slow when Benedicto Lalla got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 53rd minute. The score was now 5-1. 56 minutes into the match, DON RAMON 72's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Crouch came free, but Perivaldo Coelho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Perivaldo Coelho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Barone, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Perivaldo Coelho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jasper Delamore in the 68th minute of the match. Benedicto Lalla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Fabien Barthez made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matthew Brookman in the 78th minute of play forced DON RAMON 72's goalkeeper Perivaldo Coelho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Perivaldo Coelho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jasper Delamore in the 80th minute of play. 85 minutes into the game, Jasper Delamore cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-1. Perivaldo Coelho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Perivaldo Coelho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jasper Delamore in the 88th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wang Yi Fei during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Wang Yi Fei hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 93rd match minute, DON RAMON 72 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvano Harkaitz to maneuver through the defense. Matthew Brookman struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Perivaldo Coelho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Egg Chasers FC. The supporters of Egg Chasers FC booed when DON RAMON 72 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walter Sanvicente didn't get a good kick on the ball. Peter Crouch recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Egg Chasers FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
