C.D. Ciudad de Soria's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hexo Utd the free kick. Remigijus Pažarskis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lucas Sabina read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. Lucas Sabina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabrielius Borgaila in the 15th minute of the match. After 15 played minutes Hexo Utd got a freekick which was hit by Arnoldas Baltušis. Ugutz Albizua received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Kristijonas Juzonis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20thth minute of the game Remigijus Pažarskis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.D. Ciudad de Soria's Lucas Sabina was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 20 minutes, Remigijus Pažarskis made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. C.D. Ciudad de Soria's Lucas Sabina tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 24 played minutes C.D. Ciudad de Soria got a freekick which was hit by Firman Salan. The audience thought a goal was coming when Remigijus Pažarskis got free with Lucas Sabina in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 33rd minute Marcos Villalcazar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristijonas Juzonis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Víctor Estrada kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Hexo Utd's Paulius Rožėnas got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 46th match minute, Hexo Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnoldas Baltušis to maneuver through the defense. Ugutz Albizua fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristijonas Juzonis having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Paulius Rožėnas made the kick off in the second half. Ugutz Albizua might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kristijonas Juzonis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ugutz Albizua ran back to his position shaking his head. 56 minutes into the match, Paulius Rožėnas notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of C.D. Ciudad de Soria's Lucas Sabina. Lucas Sabina was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 58 played minutes Hexo Utd got a freekick which was hit by Gabrielius Borgaila. The audience was convinced that Paulius Rožėnas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lucas Sabina was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. The supporters of C.D. Ciudad de Soria booed when Hexo Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabrielius Borgaila didn't get a good kick on the ball. Platon Pedraza took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 90th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kristijonas Juzonis. Hexo Utd's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 91st minute Platon Pedraza suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. 91 minutes into the game, Remigijus Pažarskis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
