Spectators: 7684 (Terracing: 5764, Seating: 1767, VIP seats: 153) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Paulinho da Silva started the match with the kick off. Maurício Estrada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Benet in the 4th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paulinho da Silva in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maurício Estrada saved Ɍυƒυs™ from getting behind. In the 16th minute, Ɍυƒυs™'s Cassiano Durães seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Cassiano Durães the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Ɍυƒυs™ protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Cassiano Durães had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The supporters of Colosos Afc booed when Ɍυƒυs™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cassiano Durães didn't get a good kick on the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Ɍυƒυs™'s goal looked a bit too open when Armando Benet came free, but Maurício Estrada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute Baldomiro Naelio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurício Estrada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes into the game, Baldomiro Naelio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Maurício Estrada was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Arnoldo Misael charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arnoldo Misael the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Saúl Soveral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Gaudencio Lope tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulinho da Silva's late challenge caught a Ɍυƒυs™'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paulinho da Silva helped the player get up and apologised. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gervásio Lages got free with Gaudencio Lope in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 40th match minute, Colosos Afc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victoriano Mirande to maneuver through the defense. Gervásio Lages who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 41stth minute tested the skills of Gaudencio Lope when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Januário Correia hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Saúl Soveral was the one to do the kick off. Maurício Estrada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulinho da Silva in the 54th minute of play. Armando Benet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maurício Estrada having to interfere. Gervásio Lages hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. 63 minutes into the game, Joaquim Lamego was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ɍυƒυs™'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Colosos Afc the free kick. Joaquim Lamego kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. In the 64th match minute, Ɍυƒυs™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gervásio Lages to maneuver through the defense. In the 66th minute, Aldaír Lucena got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Paulinho da Silva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gaudencio Lope showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saúl Soveral, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. The corner led Ɍυƒυs™'s Joaquim Lamego to fire away a dangerous shot which Gaudencio Lope despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Gervásio Lages managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ɍυƒυs™'s supporters rose to their feet, but Gervásio Lages was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gaudencio Lope breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Colosos Afc's Victoriano Mirande got a free kick in the 84th minute. Benja Quintas might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Maurício Estrada. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benja Quintas ran back to his position shaking his head. Armando Benet who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 96thth minute tested the skills of Maurício Estrada when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The Ɍυƒυs™ supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Colosos Afc's performance. The match ended with a win for Colosos Afc.
