Spectators: 7688 (Terracing: 5767, Seating: 1768, VIP seats: 153) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Levente Makkai started the match with the kick off. Özdemir Babayiğit made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquim Lamego in the 12th minute of play. The supporters of Szajk LC booed when Ɍυƒυs™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cassiano Durães didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 23 minutes, Levente Makkai managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Szajk LC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Levente Makkai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Szajk LC's Özdemir Babayiğit played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saúl Soveral in the 25th minute of play. After 27 played minutes Szajk LC got a freekick which was hit by Miklós Bogdán. In the 30thth minute of the game Gervásio Lages who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Szajk LC's Özdemir Babayiğit was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Francisco Ribas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Levente Makkai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joaquim Lamego hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Szajk LC's Zsolt Polyák got a free kick in the 36th minute. Özdemir Babayiğit made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquim Lamego in the 45th minute of play. In the 46th minute, a hard, long distance shot from Gervásio Lages hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquim Lamego in the 47th minute of play forced Szajk LC's goalkeeper Özdemir Babayiğit to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joaquim Lamego to make the kick off. Ɍυƒυs™'s Francisco Ribas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Levente Makkai in the 55th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miklós Bogdán in the 56th minute of play forced Ɍυƒυs™'s goalkeeper Francisco Ribas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute, Joaquim Lamego got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 62nd minute, Miklós Bogdán hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 65 minutes into the match, Szajk LC's goalkeeper Özdemir Babayiğit had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gervásio Lages. Through an outstanding action, after 69 minutes, Özdemir Babayiğit successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Levente Makkai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Ribas having to interfere. Francisco Ribas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Levente Makkai's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. With his leg Özdemir Babayiğit managed to avoid a goal in the 76thth minute, when Ɍυƒυs™'s Joaquim Lamego fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Francisco Ribas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Levente Makkai's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Francisco Ribas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidro Lángara in the 82nd minute of the match. After having played for 87 minutes, Gervásio Lages managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ɍυƒυs™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Gervásio Lages was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Isidro Lángara struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Francisco Ribas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Szajk LC. Szajk LC's Levente Makkai got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 93 minutes into the game, Jacinto Azenha was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ɍυƒυs™'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Szajk LC the free kick. Jacinto Azenha hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Szajk LC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Ɍυƒυs™ had controlled the match.
