Yala's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vintilă Gârniceanu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. The referee gave Victor Iorda a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Victor Iorda hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. SuperDepor's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
