Ciruel Academy's Jacob Alavedra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vintilă Gârniceanu in the 5th minute of play. 6 minutes into the game, Nicolás Elenes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ciruel Academy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SuperDepor the free kick. Nicolás Elenes hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vintilă Gârniceanu in the 8th minute of play forced Ciruel Academy's goalkeeper Jacob Alavedra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacob Alavedra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emil Gârdescu in the 13th minute of the match. Jacob Alavedra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Gârdescu in the 13th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, SuperDepor's goal looked a bit too open when Fırat Okbaş came free, but Alex Crâșmaru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, Ciruel Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Iorda came free, but Jacob Alavedra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zarando Cordoba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Crâșmaru having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, Ciruel Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Vintilă Gârniceanu came free, but Jacob Alavedra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, SuperDepor's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Grijander came free, but Alex Crâșmaru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute, Vintilă Gârniceanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th minute, Lucas Grijander ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alex Crâșmaru was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emil Gârdescu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as SuperDepor's Emil Gârdescu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jacob Alavedra. That made the score 1-1 after 53 minutes of play. In the 58th minute Lucas Grijander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Crâșmaru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 61 minutes had been played when some careless play by SuperDepor's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. José Puyol was slow to take the kick. During this time Ciruel Academy's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that José Puyol got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Alex Crâșmaru quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Alex Crâșmaru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zarando Cordoba, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Jacob Alavedra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vintilă Gârniceanu in the 67th minute of play. After 67 played minutes SuperDepor got a freekick which was hit by Gigi Eftimiu. Alex Crâșmaru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Puyol in the 69th minute of the match. 70 minutes had been played when some careless play by SuperDepor's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. José Puyol was slow to take the kick. During this time Ciruel Academy's players had a chance to rest. Ciruel Academy's José Puyol was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alex Crâșmaru in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 79th minute Zarando Cordoba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Crâșmaru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vintilă Mirciulescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Jacob Alavedra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ciruel Academy's Tio Cabezon was substituted for Estebano Vuelta. Jacob Alavedra made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vintilă Gârniceanu in the 84th minute. Jacob Alavedra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Gârdescu in the 87th minute of play. Alex Crâșmaru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zarando Cordoba, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Cebrián Fonticoba charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cebrián Fonticoba the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 89th minute, Cebrián Fonticoba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 92 minutes into the match, Nicolás Elenes notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of SuperDepor's Alex Crâșmaru. Alex Crâșmaru was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alex Crâșmaru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Grijander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. For all the effort they put into the match, the SuperDepor players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ciruel Academy.
