Damian Bero scored 0-2 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Egídio Reis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 14 minutes into the match, Placido Bidari notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Leões do Sul 53's Egídio Reis. Egídio Reis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 21 minutes into the match, Leões do Sul 53's goal looked a bit too open when Placido Bidari came free, but Egídio Reis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 23 minutes of play, Boquenses's Damian Bero made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Bero in the 36th minute of play forced Leões do Sul 53's goalkeeper Egídio Reis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Egídio Reis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Damian Bero went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Placido Bidari in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Egídio Reis saved Leões do Sul 53 from getting behind. Pedro Paulo Brodel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 51st play minute Rodrigo Frichoso came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Egídio Reis. 0-8. Egídio Reis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damian Bero in the 66th minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Placido Bidari got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Placido Bidari's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 69thth minute, Egídio Reis skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Joaquim Pernambucano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With his leg Egídio Reis managed to avoid a goal in the 85thth minute, when Boquenses's Placido Bidari fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 88 played minutes Leões do Sul 53 got a freekick which was hit by Joaquim Pernambucano. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Rodrigo Frichoso took a quick shot and it went in 0-10 without a chance for Egídio Reis to make any attempt to save it. Boquenses's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
