Herbert Zurawskis short, quick shot in the 31stth minute got Egídio Reis to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of Leões do Sul 53 booed when KKP Spasione Kocury was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herbert Zurawski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 38th minute, Boleslaw Polakowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Rafinha Penha fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Leões do Sul 53's protests and gave Rafinha Penha a yellow card for diving instead. Rafinha Penha kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. After 43 played minutes KKP Spasione Kocury got a freekick which was hit by Wiktor Hryc. The supporters of KKP Spasione Kocury booed when Leões do Sul 53 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Doni Marques didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vito Donato to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute Boleslaw Polakowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egídio Reis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Egídio Reis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Herbert Zurawski's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. In the 68th minute, Boleslaw Polakowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Egídio Reis came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by KKP Spasione Kocury's Boleslaw Polakowski. But to his dismay, Boleslaw Polakowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. KKP Spasione Kocury made a substitution. Sabin Zubiaga replaced Herbert Zurawski. Aílton Abreu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lech Rosen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Egídio Reis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boleslaw Polakowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Joaquim Pernambucano might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lech Rosen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joaquim Pernambucano ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 94th minute, Boleslaw Polakowski made a precise shot to the right of Egídio Reis. Leões do Sul 53's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0.
