Boquenses's Jaime Bertol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvise Gerola in the 15th minute of play. Frank Novella hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Jaime Bertol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carter Gargano in the 24th minute of play. Carter Gargano took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jaime Bertol. Jaime Bertol dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Carter Gargano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jaime Bertol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carter Gargano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Boquenses's Jaime Bertol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvise Gerola in the 37th minute of play. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by Boquenses's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Angelo Di Livio was slow to take the kick. During this time A.C. Patagonia's players had a chance to rest. Jaime Bertol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carter Gargano, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alvise Gerola stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Carter Gargano took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jaime Bertol. Jaime Bertol dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 55th minute, Carter Gargano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jaime Bertol was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. A.C. Patagonia made a substitution. Roberto Baggio replaced Frank Novella. Placido Bidari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Florian Moscatelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Boquenses booed when A.C. Patagonia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francesco Flachi didn't get a good kick on the ball. A.C. Patagonia's Florian Moscatelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodrigo Frichoso in the 68th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Carter Gargano could shoot a difficult shot in the 70th minute, which Jaime Bertol however easily saved by the left post. Francesco Flachi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Francesco Flachi in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jaime Bertol saved Boquenses from getting behind. After 78 played minutes A.C. Patagonia got a freekick which was hit by Francesco Flachi. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Carter Gargano managed to get in a good position for a shot. A.C. Patagonia's supporters rose to their feet, but Carter Gargano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jaime Bertol breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carter Gargano struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Jaime Bertol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for A.C. Patagonia. 91 minutes into the match, Rodrigo Frichoso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Florian Moscatelli. A.C. Patagonia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rodrigo Frichoso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Placido Bidari fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florian Moscatelli having to interfere. Frank Taglieri hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched A.C. Patagonia eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
