Spectators: 7764 (Terracing: 5824, Seating: 1786, VIP seats: 154) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Arkadiusz Traczewski kicked off to start the match. Haluk Özdil scored 1-0 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vlad Voican, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 7 minutes, Haluk Özdil mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mitschullen SSA and the MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Mitschullen SSA's Haluk Özdil got a free kick in the 7th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dan Stelaru in the 8th minute of play forced Mitschullen SSA's goalkeeper Jakub Nieruchliwy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arkadiusz Traczewski might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vlad Voican. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arkadiusz Traczewski ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Haluk Özdil in the 12th minute of play forced MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's goalkeeper Vlad Voican to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gigel Postolache received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Jakub Nieruchliwy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mitschullen SSA's Jakub Nieruchliwy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dan Stelaru in the 17th minute of play. After 20 minutes of play Mitschullen SSA's Haluk Özdil was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Haluk Özdil hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. With a little luck, MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Vlad Voican got control of the ball when Arkadiusz Traczewski tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 26th minute Mitschullen SSA were awarded a corner. Jurand Pozorski went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Jurand Pozorski got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Vlad Voican quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Arkadiusz Traczewski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vlad Voican having to make a save. 30 minutes into the match, Mitschullen SSA's goal looked a bit too open when Dan Stelaru came free, but Jakub Nieruchliwy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arkadiusz Traczewski did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Vlad Voican 31 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Arkadiusz Traczewski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vlad Voican was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. 36 minutes into the match, MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's goal looked a bit too open when Arkadiusz Traczewski came free, but Vlad Voican reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 37 minutes MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jurand Pozorski who took care of the corner kick. Arkadiusz Traczewski was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Jakub Nieruchliwy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gigel Postolache in the 42nd minute of play. If Arkadiusz Traczewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Mitschullen SSA made a substitution. Eusébio Garrincha replaced Robert Czaplicki. In the 54th match minute, Mitschullen SSA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustaw Danisiewicz to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Manuel Cozorici hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's zone, Arkadiusz Traczewski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vlad Voican came out of the goal and Arkadiusz Traczewski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Mitschullen SSA booed when MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Liviu Mincu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 68 minutes, Nicolae Pricop mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV and the Mitschullen SSA players grew even worse after the yellow card. Arkadiusz Traczewski might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vlad Voican. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arkadiusz Traczewski ran back to his position shaking his head. If Dan Stelaru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87th minute Arkadiusz Traczewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vlad Voican saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV were awarded a corner in the 91th minute after Mitschullen SSA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nicolae Panciu took the corner. Mitschullen SSA's Jakub Nieruchliwy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dan Stelaru in the 93rd minute of play. Dan Stelaru struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Jakub Nieruchliwy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Mitschullen SSA fully deserved thier win.
