The FRANK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Hugo Moraes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arlindo Luz in the 38th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, FRANK's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Peres came free, but Hugo Moraes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Grêmio Prudente's Arlindo Luz got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hugo Moraes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristiano Recife in the 45th minute of the match. 46 minutes into the match, Grêmio Prudente's goal looked a bit too open when Roald Engebakken came free, but José Vítor Ramos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cristiano Recife stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
