Spectators: 7988 (Terracing: 5992, Seating: 1837, VIP seats: 159) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Patricio Aurre started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd match minute, FC Montana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gürsel Sirer to maneuver through the defense. Aydın Mehmet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ralf Fransson in the 5th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Glentown FC's goalkeeper Olov Ahlquist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Patricio Aurre. Aydın Mehmet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hasta Alfonso in the 11th minute of play. FC Montana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patricio Aurre was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cazimir Encica recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Manuel Echeto kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Patricio Aurre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Olov Ahlquist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot by kaya Budak from long distance, 44 minutes into the match, got Olov Ahlquist's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hasta Alfonso stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes, Manuel Echeto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Glentown FC and the FC Montana players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, FC Montana's Arman Sidal got a free kick in the 56th minute.
