After a defensive mix-up in FCF north's zone, Ionuț Nicolescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. But to his dismay, Arcan Çapan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. If Xie Yan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 26 minutes into the match, FCF north's goalkeeper Fausto de Almeida had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Costică Brânzaș. Ionuț Nicolescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Fausto de Almeida made a huge save. In the 29th minute Ionuț Nicolescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fausto de Almeida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ernest Ştati took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arcan Çapan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Doru Josan came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the FCF north fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Doru Josan couldn't finish the play. Filpea Hotspur ★Dac★'s Sorin Lipan was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 35th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal.
