When Club 23's Cássio Dracena in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vännäsby BF's goalie prevented a goal. 4 minutes into the match, Vännäsby BF's goal looked a bit too open when Emil Cioran came free, but Ronny Tiger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Club 23's Sören Malmberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gogo Dancer in the 6th minute of play. Ronny Tiger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonard Chodzinski in the 8th minute of play. Sören Malmberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eddie Kvist in the 9th minute. In the 13th minute Bogdan Bogdanović shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronny Tiger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gogo Dancer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Sören Malmberg made a huge save. 17 minutes into the match, Vännäsby BF's goal looked a bit too open when Bogdan Bogdanović came free, but Ronny Tiger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ronny Tiger stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bogdan Bogdanović's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. In the 22nd minute Cássio Dracena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronny Tiger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vännäsby BF's Alfonso Lander quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Nae Lalescu, made in the 24th minute of the game. Gogo Dancer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Sören Malmberg made a huge save. Sören Malmberg made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Gogo Dancer sent off a good shot on target. In the 33rd match minute, Vännäsby BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven Kilström to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Cássio Dracena's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ronny Tiger was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Ronny Tiger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cássio Dracena in the 44th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The supporters of Club 23 booed when Vännäsby BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven Kilström didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Vännäsby BF's goalkeeper Ronny Tiger, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gogo Dancer in the 59th minute of play forced Club 23's goalkeeper Sören Malmberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th minute, Dacian Săraru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vännäsby BF made a substitution. Emanuel Martinsson replaced Hilario Chus. 66 minutes into the match, Club 23's goal looked a bit too open when Gogo Dancer came free, but Sören Malmberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sören Malmberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gogo Dancer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gogo Dancer struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Sören Malmberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vännäsby BF. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Emanuel Martinsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vännäsby BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Emanuel Martinsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sören Malmberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 84 minutes into the match, Vännäsby BF's Gogo Dancer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sören Malmberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The corner led Vännäsby BF's Staffan Bivall to fire away a dangerous shot which Sören Malmberg despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Nae Lalescu made in the 91st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Vännäsby BF's Alfonso Lander. Club 23's Sören Malmberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gogo Dancer in the 94th minute of play. Gogo Dancer took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sören Malmberg. Sören Malmberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Vännäsby BF had won after a very even match.
