The supporters of Berserkers FC Ψ booed when Fc Kertzfeld was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgar de Toledo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Armando Berbiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joël Rétière, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Helmut Lossimäe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaudencio Foro in the 37th minute of the match. Teo Esiquio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Armando Berbiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florent Sorlin, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Gaudencio Foro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Helmut Lossimäe. That made the score 1-0 in the 45 minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gaudencio Foro in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Helmut Lossimäe saved Fc Kertzfeld from getting behind. Gaston Toupin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 57thth minute tested the skills of Armando Berbiz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Berserkers FC Ψ's Armando Berbiz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Berserkers FC Ψ from getting a goal against them. Joël Rétière who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 65thth minute tested the skills of Armando Berbiz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 73 minutes had been played when some careless play by Fc Kertzfeld's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gustavo Iratze was slow to take the kick. During this time Berserkers FC Ψ's players had a chance to rest. Gaston Toupins short, quick shot in the 95thth minute got Armando Berbiz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.
