Ibis Football Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sune Heidal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Sune Heidal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Acácio Vasco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th minute Sune Heidal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Acácio Vasco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sune Heidal in the 29th minute of play forced Ibis Football Club's goalkeeper Acácio Vasco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per-Oskar Nordstedt in the 32nd minute of play forced Monks in Robes's goalkeeper Bøje Dyssen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bøje Dyssen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eurico Peixoto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Monks in Robes's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ibis Football Club's Acácio Vasco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sune Heidal in the 47th minute of play. In the 48th minute Monks in Robes were awarded a corner. Reinar Lennild went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Monks in Robes's corner Reinar Lennild fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Acácio Vasco quite easily take care of the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eurico Peixoto was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Monks in Robes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hu Yu Lang to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sune Heidal got free with Acácio Vasco in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 58 minutes, Hu Yu Lang mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Monks in Robes and the Ibis Football Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 58 played minutes Monks in Robes got a freekick which was hit by Hu Yu Lang. Sune Heidal's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 67thth minute, Acácio Vasco skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Sune Heidal kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. When Emanuel Pernambucano fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ibis Football Club's protests and gave Emanuel Pernambucano a yellow card for diving instead. The audience held their breath when Hu Yu Lang in the 84th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Acácio Vasco's left hand side. Hu Yu Lang made in the 88th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Sune Heidal immediately put the ball in play. A collision led to Monks in Robes getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Timmi Jebat hit a great ball. Bøje Dyssen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eurico Peixoto, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Eurico Peixoto kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Monks in Robes had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
