A sloppy throw-in by Carlos Neto in the 10th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Absoliut's Alfonsas Račinskas. An unexpectedly hard shot by Algitas Girkantas in the 10th minute of play forced Jataiense Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Thiago Paraibano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Absoliut's Osvaldas Nutautas managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Carlos Neto in the 12 minute of the game. Osvaldas Nutautas kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Vygandas Damašas was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Luizão Pesquera. After 16 played minutes Absoliut got a freekick which was hit by Albinas Spudys. With a little luck, Absoliut's Vygandas Damašas got control of the ball when Golaki Goiano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vygandas Damašas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Golaki Goiano in the 21st minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, Jataiense Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Algitas Girkantas came free, but Thiago Paraibano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Absoliut's Vygandas Damašas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Absoliut from getting a goal against them. The Absoliut fans' excitement grew in the 37th match minute when Absoliut's Algitas Girkantas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, Jataiense Futebol Clube's Alexander Milošević got a free kick in the 39th minute. Thiago Paraibano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Algitas Girkantas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Jataiense Futebol Clube booed when Absoliut was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osvaldas Nutautas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gualter Gulak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Vygandas Damašas made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Golaki Goiano in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vygandas Damašas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Absoliut's Henrikas Stulpinas got a free kick in the 47th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Šarūnas Žvigaitis made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Osvaldas Nutautas made a precise shot to the right of Thiago Paraibano. Jataiense Futebol Clube's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 60 minutes into the match, Absoliut's goal looked a bit too open when Golaki Goiano came free, but Vygandas Damašas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Jataiense Futebol Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Chants of Absoliut echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Jataiense Futebol Clube had held the ball for most of the match.
