The corner led UFC Puturoasa's Gheorghe Streche to fire away a dangerous shot which Tomas Baldovino despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Gheorghe Streche's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Tomas Baldovino - 0-2 was put on the score board in the 17th minute. Tomas Baldovino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sandu Musteatã in the 23rd minute of play. But to his dismay, Marcial Quintyn quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sandu Musteatã in the 30th minute of play forced Anga FC's goalkeeper Tomas Baldovino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 31 minutes, Gheorghe Streche mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the UFC Puturoasa and the Anga FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 34th minute Sandu Musteatã shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Baldovino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Jarne Vrancken managed to get in a good position for a shot. Anga FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jarne Vrancken was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Alberto Salgado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Anga FC made a substitution. Mateo Piorno replaced Saverio Bartoleme. In the 71st match minute, UFC Puturoasa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alphonso Davies to maneuver through the defense. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tomas Baldovino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gheorghe Streche kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. UFC Puturoasa made a substitution. Pavel Ureche replaced Alphonso Davies. After 95 played minutes UFC Puturoasa got a freekick which was hit by Gheorghe Streche. When the final whistle sounded UFC Puturoasa left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Anga FC.
