Gustavo Isazi scored 1-3 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gunvald Glarkrog, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Andres Oper struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Santos Mino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Strib Galacticos IF. Gunvald Glarkrog took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gervasio Isias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Santos Mino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres Oper in the 32nd minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Strib Galacticos IF's goal looked a bit too open when Gervasio Isias came free, but Gunvald Glarkrog reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sivart Djursgård's late challenge caught a Northern California's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sivart Djursgård helped the player get up and apologised. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gustavo Isazi to make the kick off. When the match was over Northern California could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Strib Galacticos IF throughout the match.
