Blanco Cotilla kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Vincente Monzon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gervasio Isias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Santos Mino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roque Santa Cruz in the 10th minute of play. In the 12th match minute, Northern California was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silverio Cordarius to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Made in Paraguay getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Roque Santa Cruz hit a great ball. Vincente Monzon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gervasio Isias in the 17th minute of play. Made in Paraguay's Vincente Monzon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gervasio Isias in the 21st minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Made in Paraguay's goal looked a bit too open when Gustavo Isazi came free, but Vincente Monzon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vincente Monzon came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Northern California's Conrado Frans. But to his dismay, Conrado Frans quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. With a little luck, Northern California's Santos Mino got control of the ball when Roque Santa Cruz tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 37th match minute, Made in Paraguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Blanco Cotilla to maneuver through the defense. Northern California's Santos Mino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roque Santa Cruz in the 40th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Roque Santa Cruz took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Santos Mino to make any attempt to save it. Made in Paraguay's Vincente Monzon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Made in Paraguay from getting a goal against them. With 76 minutes on the clock, Rafinha Brasil commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Made in Paraguay:s Vincente Monzon showed great skill when he stopped Gustavo Isazi:s penalty. 81 minutes into the game, Silverio Cordarius threw the ball into play from the sideline. Vincente Monzon was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Conrado Frans showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 96 minute of play. Northern California were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
