Jonathan Bernaldo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Halil Utku Evvah made a huge save. Hector Martxel made a great header on Northern California's corner, it was just that KOO Tigers's Halil Utku Evvah managed to reach the ball for a save. 10 minutes into the game, Jonathan Bernaldo lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Halil Utku Evvah. KOO Tigers's Ozan Candar quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Fabio Monte, made in the 14th minute of the game. A hard shot by Silverio Cordarius from long distance, 20 minutes into the match, got Halil Utku Evvah's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 22 minutes into the match, KOO Tigers's goalkeeper Halil Utku Evvah had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fabio Monte. 22 minutes into the match, Fabio Monte dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Halil Utku Evvah, 2-0. Santos Mino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Meriç Baytekin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, KOO Tigers's Lv Lei got a free kick in the 30th minute. Santos Mino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lv Lei in the 33rd minute of play. Lv Lei might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Santos Mino. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lv Lei ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lv Lei in the 35th minute of play forced Northern California's goalkeeper Santos Mino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ozan Candar charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ozan Candar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 36th minute, Ozan Candar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Northern California's goalkeeper Santos Mino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. KOO Tigers's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Hilmi Onursan in the 40th minute. The corner ended in Hilmi Onursan almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Northern California's Santos Mino did a great save. After 43 played minutes KOO Tigers got a freekick which was hit by Meriç Baytekin. In the 45th minute, Northern California's Bernard McFrank seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Bernard McFrank the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Northern California protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Bernard McFrank had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 44th minute, one of Northern California:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Northern California.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lv Lei stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Meriç Baytekin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Santos Mino made a huge save. 60 minutes into the match, Northern California's goal looked a bit too open when Meriç Baytekin came free, but Santos Mino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 63 minutes, Santos Mino successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Santos Mino was out of position in the 68 minute of play, and Lv Lei capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lv Lei really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. Northern California's attack was well implemented in the 72nd minute, but when Conrado Frans was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. In the 73rd match minute, Northern California was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silverio Cordarius to maneuver through the defense. KOO Tigers's Halil Utku Evvah played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabio Monte in the 78th minute of play. In the 82nd minute, KOO Tigers's Désiré Kaká dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-4. Santos Mino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lv Lei in the 87th minute of play. Silverio Cordarius kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. 93 minutes into the match, Northern California's goal looked a bit too open when Lv Lei came free, but Santos Mino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle went the supporters of KOO Tigers were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Northern California side.
