The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Dennis-Sven Stüber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santos Mino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santos Mino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dennis-Sven Stüber, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Henrique Fonseca stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Conrado Frans's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fllad Ademaj in the 10th minute of play forced Northern California's goalkeeper Santos Mino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Henrique Fonseca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gervasio Isias in the 12th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, Joachim Vogel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Santos Mino. Northern California's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joachim Vogel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 20 minutes into the match, Northern California's goal looked a bit too open when Dennis-Sven Stüber came free, but Santos Mino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st match minute, Northern California was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Conrado Frans to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute Fllad Ademaj shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santos Mino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Northern California's Santos Mino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dennis-Sven Stüber in the 28th minute of play. Santos Mino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dennis-Sven Stüber, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gervasio Isias was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 34th minute. Northern California's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. If Conrado Frans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Conrado Frans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henrique Fonseca having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Fllad Ademaj made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Arbing FSV - yougame.at's Joachim Vogel got a free kick in the 51st minute. Conrado Frans recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Northern California's Santos Mino got control of the ball when Fllad Ademaj tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 57 played minutes Northern California got a freekick which was hit by Bernard McFrank. 62 minutes into the match, Northern California's goalkeeper Santos Mino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fllad Ademaj. The audience was convinced that Gervasio Isias's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Henrique Fonseca was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Northern California's Santos Mino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Northern California from getting a goal against them. With 70 minutes on the clock, Dante Taurino commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 69th minute, one of Northern California:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Northern California. After 71 minutes Northern California's goalkeeper Santos Mino managed, with a little bit of luck, save Fllad Ademaj's penalty, on his right side after a tricky shot. Fllad Ademaj received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Santos Mino came out and tried to block the shot, but Fllad Ademaj slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 71st minute. After 73 played minutes Arbing FSV - yougame.at got a freekick which was hit by Fllad Ademaj. Santos Mino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dennis-Sven Stüber, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. After 89th play minutes Fabio Monte shot 2-2, a short shot which went by Henrique Fonseca and just under the crossbar into goal. 95 minutes into the match, Northern California's goalkeeper Santos Mino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fllad Ademaj. If Fabio Monte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Conrado Frans struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Henrique Fonseca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Northern California. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
