A collision led to Made in Paraguay getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Gunvald Glarkrog took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roque Santa Cruz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gunvald Glarkrog showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roque Santa Cruz, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. In the 47th minute of the match, Leopoldo Luque got a very nice opportunity to score, but Gunvald Glarkrog was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Andres Oper made a kick off. In the 59th minute, Romeo Strobel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Robertinho Lewandowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Made in Paraguay's supporters rose to their feet, but Robertinho Lewandowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gunvald Glarkrog breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vincente Monzon was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Andres Oper showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 67 minute of play. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gunvald Glarkrog prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Made in Paraguay's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Robertinho Lewandowski in the 83rd minute. Gunvald Glarkrog took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sendoa Najera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 87th minute, Leopoldo Luque ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gunvald Glarkrog was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Leopoldo Luque sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Made in Paraguay fans cheered their team off the field, for while Strib Galacticos IF had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
