In the 41st minute of the match Jordan F1 91-05 got a corner. C.A.M.P's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. C.A.M.P's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nazeer Mhlathe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jun Osborne to make the kick off. Jeremias Vedillo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
