After 13 minutes, Dino Maquiano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kickers United and the Coriano FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Black Death fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cederik Huts having to interfere. Kickers United's Cederik Huts played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Black Death in the 18th minute of play. Luca Savino in the 19thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cristoforo Musso, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 25th match minute, Kickers United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Vandekerkhove to maneuver through the defense. Aldo Caligaris was slow to take the kick. During this time Coriano FC's players had a chance to rest. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luca Savino to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, one of Kickers United:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Kickers United. The goalkeeper, Cederik Huts, was totally fooled by Coriano FC's Black Death, who 53 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Cristoforo Musso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luca Savino, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 97th minute, Coriano FC's Comunardo Foni dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. Coriano FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
