After a defensive mix-up in Seggiano's zone, Chumo Palmero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fausto Di Luzio came out of the goal and Chumo Palmero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fausto Di Luzio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atauri Iravedra in the 7th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, Bedri Baykutay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 15th match minute, Seggiano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Achille Pasinati to maneuver through the defense. Fausto Di Luzio was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Chumo Palmero showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 17 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfred Klawki in the 22nd minute of play forced Tala Bosques del Jaure's goalkeeper Clive Shilton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Alfred Klawki notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Tala Bosques del Jaure's Clive Shilton.
