An unexpectedly hard shot by He Lin Di in the 8th minute of play forced SAPI FC's goalkeeper Anak Habib to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Alejandro Bullon in the 23rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by SAPI FC's Daffa Sopandi. 24 minutes into the match, Veth Crystals's goal looked a bit too open when Bawang Merah came free, but Marcos Lama reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anak Habib made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Song Xing in the 43rd minute of play. 45 minutes had been played when some careless play by SAPI FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gwidon Patora was slow to take the kick. During this time Veth Crystals's players had a chance to rest. Anak Habib made an important save on a dangerous shot by He Lin Di in the 76th minute. Veth Crystals were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after SAPI FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gwidon Patora took the corner.
