The audience thought a goal was coming when Run Run got free with Charles Björkqvist in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Here Comes the Hammer's Charles Björkqvist got control of the ball when Run Run tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Samba Fotboll U21's Wilton França got a free kick in the 7th minute. Ronnie Meck came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Here Comes the Hammer's John Eriksson. But to his dismay, John Eriksson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After having played for 19 minutes, Valdir Velloso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Here Comes the Hammer's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valdir Velloso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ronnie Meck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valdir Velloso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Run Run sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Charles Björkqvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Run Run in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Run Run in the 29th minute of play forced Here Comes the Hammer's goalkeeper Charles Björkqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute, Yu Xiong Yan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Samba Fotboll U21 getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Viktor Sillén hit a great ball. 35 minutes into the game, Tord Spetz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Here Comes the Hammer's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Samba Fotboll U21 the free kick. After 35 played minutes Here Comes the Hammer got a freekick which was hit by Tord Spetz. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Run Run put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Charles Björkqvist. When the match clock showed 39 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Run Run sped through Here Comes the Hammer's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Charles Björkqvist. After a rather tough play, Samba Fotboll U21's Elias Meck got a free kick in the 44th minute. After 46 minutes, Kenneth Jönsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Here Comes the Hammer and the Samba Fotboll U21 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 46th match minute, Here Comes the Hammer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kenneth Jönsson to maneuver through the defense.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for John Eriksson to strike the kick off in the second half. Samba Fotboll U21's Ronnie Meck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdir Velloso in the 51st minute of play. Charles Björkqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Run Run in the 58th minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Samba Fotboll U21's goalkeeper Ronnie Meck had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valdir Velloso. Charles Björkqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Run Run, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. After 73 played minutes Here Comes the Hammer got a freekick which was hit by Edmund Hansson. Here Comes the Hammer made a substitution. Gustav Larsfelt replaced Lei Lei Feng. Here Comes the Hammer's Carlinhos Félix was substituted for Valdir Velloso. Samba Fotboll U21's Gerardo Enmanuel was substituted for Wilton França. A sloppy throw-in by Kenneth Jönsson in the 83rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Samba Fotboll U21's John Häger. After a defensive mix-up in Here Comes the Hammer's zone, Joseph Holmberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Charles Björkqvist came out of the goal and Joseph Holmberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Here Comes the Hammer's Charles Björkqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joseph Holmberg in the 90th minute of play. In the 94th minute Zygmunt Koprowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charles Björkqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Here Comes the Hammer players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Samba Fotboll U21.
