Denver Light sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 9th minute George Best shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charles Björkqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Here Comes the Hammer's goalkeeper Charles Björkqvist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Denver Light. When Edmund Hansson fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Here Comes the Hammer's protests and gave Edmund Hansson a yellow card for diving instead. Joseph Danielsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valdir Velloso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 31 minutes Virtual Aces's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Emil Paulin who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Here Comes the Hammer's corner Emil Paulin fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Joseph Danielsson quite easily take care of the ball. After having played for 32 minutes, Valdir Velloso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Here Comes the Hammer's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valdir Velloso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Virtual Aces's zone, Valdir Velloso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joseph Danielsson came out of the goal and Valdir Velloso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 36 minutes into the game, Victor Petersson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Virtual Aces's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Here Comes the Hammer the free kick. Victor Petersson hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdir Velloso in the 40th minute of play forced Virtual Aces's goalkeeper Joseph Danielsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valdir Velloso in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joseph Danielsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Petersson in the 44th minute of play forced Here Comes the Hammer's goalkeeper Charles Björkqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 45 minutes Here Comes the Hammer's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was George Best who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Virtual Aces's corner George Best fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Charles Björkqvist quite easily take care of the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Denver Light in the 52nd minute of play forced Here Comes the Hammer's goalkeeper Charles Björkqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute Valdir Velloso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joseph Danielsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, Virtual Aces's goalkeeper Joseph Danielsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by John Eriksson. A throw-in in the 70th minute of the game was made by Sören Strandberg with Victor Petersson as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Here Comes the Hammer's Gustav Larsfelt was substituted for Lei Lei Feng. A collision led to Virtual Aces getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Denver Light hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Here Comes the Hammer's zone, Björn Wallin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Charles Björkqvist came out of the goal and Björn Wallin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 88 minutes of play, Virtual Aces's Victor Petersson made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Charles Björkqvist was left in no man's land by his defense there! Björn Wallin scored 2-1 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Charles Björkqvist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Virtual Aces's Joseph Danielsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Virtual Aces from getting a goal against them. When the referee ended the match the Virtual Aces players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
