Celta de Virgos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Snorlax FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Celta de Virgos's Primitivo Buinton got a free kick in the 7th minute. 9 minutes in the game Edgard Elia did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Jose Manuel Hernández. In the 10th minute, Arnoldo Florian left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Celta de Virgos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The supporters of Snorlax FC booed when Celta de Virgos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victorio Montrell didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th minute, Florencio Rojas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Florencio Rojas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roman Urbes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Snorlax FC's Tancredo Manguyague played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnoldo Florian in the 23rd minute of play. Roman Urbes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Jesus Allu in the 27th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Celta de Virgos's goal looked a bit too open when Mario Jesus Allu came free, but Roman Urbes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Snorlax FC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Matteo Fierro hit a great ball. In the 46th minute, Mark Aldana left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Snorlax FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1.

Snorlax FC's Tibalt Bruna was substituted for Florencio Rojas. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arnoldo Florian to strike the kick off in the second half. The Snorlax FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Celta de Virgos made a substitution. Filiberto Frantzes replaced Antonio Madeo. Mario Jesus Allu took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roman Urbes. Roman Urbes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. In the 77th minute, Aladár György left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Snorlax FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mark Aldana in the 87th minute of play forced Celta de Virgos's goalkeeper Roman Urbes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Celta de Virgos's goal looked a bit too open when Tibalt Bruna came free, but Roman Urbes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute, Celta de Virgos's Anacleto Guillelme seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Anacleto Guillelme the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Celta de Virgos protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Anacleto Guillelme had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. A collision led to Celta de Virgos getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Anacleto Guillelme hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Celta de Virgos's zone, Mario Jesus Allu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roman Urbes came out of the goal and Mario Jesus Allu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mario Jesus Allu took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roman Urbes. Roman Urbes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Snorlax FC fully deserved thier win.
