Celta de Virgos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 16th minute of the game Gabriel Hedling made a throw-in which Erik Holmgren played forward. Arnoldo Florian could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Alex Wållander made a huge save. Celta de Virgos's Roman Urbes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walter Siggman in the 28th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Walter Siggman notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Celta de Virgos's Roman Urbes. Roman Urbes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 32 minutes, Casimiro Leizarraga mouthed his way into the referee's book. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walter Siggman in the 38th minute of play forced Celta de Virgos's goalkeeper Roman Urbes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute, Walter Siggman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alex Wållander made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arnoldo Florian in the 43rd minute. Samyang Ramen's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
