Spectators: 8509 (Terracing: 6382, Seating: 1957, VIP seats: 170) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ursino Brunet started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Nacional booed when Teodelina FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximo Txerran didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rosendo Martxelin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ursino Brunet in the 3rd minute of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Teodelina FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ursino Brunet came free, but Rosendo Martxelin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rosendo Martxelin came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Nacional's Ursino Brunet. But to his dismay, Ursino Brunet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Mariusz Zuraw managed to get in a good position for a shot. Teodelina FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mariusz Zuraw was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juaneizu Merida breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 45 minutes into the match, Nacional's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathan Calixto came free, but Juaneizu Merida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luciano Inverso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rosendo Martxelin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. After the first half Nacional were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jonathan Calixto was the one to do the kick off. Walme Yurre made in the 54th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Teodelina FC's Ezequiel Darien. Walme Yurre kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Teodelina FC's Anastasio Perutxo was substituted for Mariusz Zuraw. In the 58th match minute, Nacional was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walme Yurre to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute, Leonides Trarigo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ursino Brunet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Teodelina FC's Rosendo Martxelin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ursino Brunet in the 62nd minute of play. Rosendo Martxelin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ursino Brunet in the 66th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edinson Cavani in the 68th minute of play forced Nacional's goalkeeper Juaneizu Merida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juaneizu Merida showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damaso Chorache, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Juaneizu Merida took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anastasio Perutxo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Teodelina FC's Anastasio Perutxo in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Nacional's goalie prevented a goal. Braulio Osoro made in the 76th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Nacional's Luciano Inverso. Rosendo Martxelin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ursino Brunet in the 77th minute of play. If Ursino Brunet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 88 minutes, Tarcísio Caetano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nacional and the Teodelina FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tarcísio Caetano kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Tarcísio Caetano was shown his second yellow card after 95 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The Teodelina FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Nacional's performance. The match ended with a win for Nacional.
