The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Blas Cidro came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Noqueces FC's Antônio Santos. A throw-in in the 23rd minute of the game was made by Erasmo Afonso with Terri Steenstrup as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Antônio Santos might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Blas Cidro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Antônio Santos ran back to his position shaking his head. Blas Cidro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antônio Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Blas Cidro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antônio Santos's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. In the 27th match minute, Noqueces FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacobo Gabon to maneuver through the defense. After 29 played minutes Noqueces FC got a freekick which was hit by Antônio Santos. An unexpectedly hard shot by Freddy Fervø in the 37th minute of play forced Noqueces FC's goalkeeper Igor Cordaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Noqueces FC booed when F.C. København was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Freddy Fervø didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabian Polkoski might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Igor Cordaro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fabian Polkoski ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The F.C. København fans cheered their team off the field, for while Noqueces FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
