Daniele Pich didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Er Didia went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Fabiano Daniele made an important save on a dangerous shot by Betão Severo in the 18th minute. In the 20th minute, Betão Severo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fabiano Daniele took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Betão Severo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leon Veto in the 30th minute of play forced A. A. Carioca 【CIMZ】's goalkeeper Daniele Pich to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Atletico San Jacopino were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Er Didia to make the kick off. Betão Severo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Fabiano Daniele tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, A. A. Carioca 【CIMZ】's André Marquez got a free kick in the 55th minute. When Alessandro Federici, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 58 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Daniele Pich was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Daniele Pich made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Er Didia sent off a good shot on target. Betão Severo might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fabiano Daniele. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Betão Severo ran back to his position shaking his head. 66 minutes into the match, Atletico San Jacopino's goal looked a bit too open when Betão Severo came free, but Fabiano Daniele reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind A. A. Carioca 【CIMZ】's goalkeeper Daniele Pich, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A. A. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zézinho Dias in the 79th minute of play forced Atletico San Jacopino's goalkeeper Fabiano Daniele to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th minute, Eraldo Cicchinelli left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atletico San Jacopino fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3.
