WZG Sandomierz's Mckinley Dufresne managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Alfredo Mino in the 13 minute of the game. 15 minutes into the match, Spams's goalkeeper Faustino Jerold had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink. Faustino Jerold made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Alfred Dziatkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kasper Larsfelt in the 22nd minute of play. After having played for 30 minutes, Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. WZG Sandomierz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kasper Larsfelt made a kick off. Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Wojciech Dec ran back to his position shaking his head. Faustino Jerold showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wojciech Dec, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Faustino Jerold showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wojciech Dec in the 95th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The WZG Sandomierz fans cheered their team off the field, for while Spams had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
