After some careless play in the LVCVS AVGVSTI defense, Gusztáv Bács kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rosario Escarza. The LVCVS AVGVSTI fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rosario Escarza should have stopped the shot. 19 minutes into the match, LVCVS AVGVSTI's goalkeeper Rosario Escarza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gusztáv Bács. Gusztáv Bács hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Bernardo Sharkin put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Rosario Escarza. Gong Ying Zheng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baldomero Chano, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Sharkin in the 36th minute of play forced LVCVS AVGVSTI's goalkeeper Rosario Escarza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baldomero Chano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gong Ying Zheng read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Du Yuan Chao to strike the kick off in the second half. The LVCVS AVGVSTI fans' excitement grew in the 53rd match minute when LVCVS AVGVSTI's Du Yuan Chao looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 55 minutes into the match, LVCVS AVGVSTI's Baldomero Chano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gong Ying Zheng narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 57th match minute, VC zoetwater was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bo Bo to maneuver through the defense. If Baldomero Chano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baldomero Chano got free with Gong Ying Zheng in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Du Yuan Chao in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gong Ying Zheng saved VC zoetwater from getting behind. Rosario Escarza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gusztáv Bács in the 67th minute of play. LVCVS AVGVSTI's Rosario Escarza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Sharkin in the 69th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Sharkin in the 70th minute of play forced LVCVS AVGVSTI's goalkeeper Rosario Escarza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 72 minutes into the match, VC zoetwater's goalkeeper Gong Ying Zheng had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ronny Skytt. Johnny Boumans hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Johnny Boumans kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Qian Hong Ting struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Gong Ying Zheng didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LVCVS AVGVSTI. With a little luck, VC zoetwater's Gong Ying Zheng got control of the ball when Baldomero Chano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gong Ying Zheng was a little too slow when Du Yuan Chao got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 90th minute. The score was now 2-2. Zef Zoff fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gong Ying Zheng having to interfere. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
