KIA KAHA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MILLONARIOS FC the free kick. In the 7th minute, Sataporn Snabl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. KIA KAHA's Fabio Santilli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernado Sisalde in the 9th minute of play. If Sataporn Snabl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. KIA KAHA's Nicklas Smitt got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. KIA KAHA's Fabio Santilli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Corredor in the 14th minute of play. Juan Corredor spun around in front of the goal 14 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of KIA KAHA's goal. 17 minutes into the match, MILLONARIOS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nicklas Smitt came free, but Videl Mauriz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute Nicklas Smitt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Videl Mauriz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th minute of the match KIA KAHA got a corner. MILLONARIOS FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Stanislaw Modliszewski ran over to the corner to take the kick. Roberto Quicedo hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. The long shot by Stanislaw Modliszewski in the 20th minute really tested Videl Mauriz's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Sataporn Snabl hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos got free with Videl Mauriz in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eskild Sneftrup in the 33rd minute of play forced KIA KAHA's goalkeeper Fabio Santilli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute Juan Corredor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabio Santilli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After having played for 51 minutes, Zdzislaw Rydzewski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KIA KAHA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zdzislaw Rydzewski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Corredor in the 56th minute of play forced KIA KAHA's goalkeeper Fabio Santilli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Videl Mauriz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fabio Santilli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Corredor in the 63rd minute of play. Videl Mauriz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos in the 64th minute of the match. In the 68th minute Zdzislaw Rydzewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Videl Mauriz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. KIA KAHA's Marcelino Calzada was substituted for Sataporn Snabl. In the 71st minute of the match KIA KAHA got a corner. MILLONARIOS FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Stanislaw Modliszewski ran over to the corner to take the kick. Videl Mauriz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Glanselius in the 84th minute of play. With an all-out effort, MILLONARIOS FC's Fabio Santilli threw himself towards the right post 85 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ruud van Nistelrooij, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Fabio Santilli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eskild Sneftrup in the 87th minute. A collision led to MILLONARIOS FC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Roberto Quicedo hit a great ball. After 95 played minutes KIA KAHA got a freekick which was hit by Billy Andberg. In the 96th minute of the match Jacindo Rotaetamorga sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fabio Santilli skillfully saved the ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
