In the 5th match minute, Montesclarense E.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eusébio Ramalho to maneuver through the defense. Diego Pietro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christiano Siqueira in the 10th minute. In the 15th minute of the match Montesclarense E.C. got a corner. Vampiros Aztecas's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tarcisio Sarmento ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Tarcisio Sarmento almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Vampiros Aztecas's Diego Pietro did a great save. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Eusébio Ramalho took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Diego Pietro to make any attempt to save it. After having played for 21 minutes, Teo Lon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vampiros Aztecas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teo Lon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Dorian Lopez fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Montesclarense E.C.'s protests and gave Dorian Lopez a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Vampiros Aztecas booed when Montesclarense E.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dorian Lopez didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Dorian Lopez was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 25 minutes had been played. The supporters of Montesclarense E.C. booed when Vampiros Aztecas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvano Jacob didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 32ndth minute of the game Roberto Balendin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Montesclarense E.C.'s Luiz Eger was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Diego Pietro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Christiano Siqueira showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 38 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Vampiros Aztecas's zone, Christiano Siqueira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diego Pietro came out of the goal and Christiano Siqueira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eusébio Ramalho made a kick off. Vampiros Aztecas's Diego Pietro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christiano Siqueira in the 55th minute of play. After some careless play in the Vampiros Aztecas defense, Christiano Siqueira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Diego Pietro. The Vampiros Aztecas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Diego Pietro should have stopped the shot. Diego Pietro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusébio Ramalho in the 59th minute of play. Diego Pietro came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Montesclarense E.C.'s Christiano Siqueira. But to his dismay, Christiano Siqueira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. The supporters of Montesclarense E.C. booed when Vampiros Aztecas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roberto Balendin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vampiros Aztecas's Diego Pietro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christiano Siqueira in the 72nd minute of play. 6-0 became the score in the 74th minute when Christiano Siqueira elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 83rd match minute, Montesclarense E.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Davi Campidelis to maneuver through the defense. Eusébio Ramalho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Diego Pietro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Montesclarense E.C. had played much better football throughout.
