Spectators: 7441 (Terracing: 5582, Seating: 1711, VIP seats: 148) 3 minutes into the game, Timoteo Rioja cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Hugo Diniz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Willian Sousa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicanor Romelio having to interfere. Hugo Lago blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nicanor Romelio having to make a save. The supporters of Tecka Viejo Nomás booed when Green Squad FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lúcio da Cunha didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Nicanor Romelio managed to avoid a goal in the 17thth minute, when Green Squad FC's Hugo Lago fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 18th minute Timoteo Rioja shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Diniz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tecka Viejo Nomás were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after Green Squad FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Justo Txindoki took the corner. Alonzo Ipar kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 20th minute, Alonzo Ipar fired away a free kick at the goal, but hit it at the wrong angle and it went over the crossbar. Nicanor Romelio made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Hugo Lago sent off a good shot on target. Tarcisio Velloso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Nicanor Romelio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nicanor Romelio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hugo Lago's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. In the 29th minute, Tarcisio Velloso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Tecka Viejo Nomás booed when Green Squad FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tarcisio Velloso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Green Squad FC's Tarcisio Velloso got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 39th match minute, Tecka Viejo Nomás was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timoteo Rioja to maneuver through the defense. Alonzo Ipar hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Nicanor Romelio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Lago in the 42nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Tecka Viejo Nomás's Alonzo Ipar got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Nicanor Romelio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hugo Lago in the 46th minute. After the first half Tecka Viejo Nomás were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Timoteo Rioja made a kick off. Nicanor Romelio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tarcisio Velloso went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. A collision led to Tecka Viejo Nomás getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Timoteo Rioja hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Tecka Viejo Nomás's zone, Tarcisio Velloso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicanor Romelio came out of the goal and Tarcisio Velloso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Green Squad FC's Hugo Lago got a free kick in the 76th minute. Alonzo Ipar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 76th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hugo Diniz. Green Squad FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Timoteo Rioja received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Hugo Diniz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tarcisio Velloso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tecka Viejo Nomás's Nicanor Romelio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Lago in the 96th minute of play. Green Squad FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
