The Terapia Intensiva fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 14 minutes into the match, Cléberson Leme had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Guaberto Enekoitz. Terapia Intensiva's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cléberson Leme was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Tiago Gabriel Arósio took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Guaberto Enekoitz to make any attempt to save it. An unexpected shot in the 18th minute by Vitório Lago got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Cléberson Leme could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Guaberto Enekoitz made a huge save. In the 23rd minute, Aguinhas's Tiago Gabriel Arósio dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. 26 minutes into the match, Vitório Lago had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Guaberto Enekoitz. In the 41st minute, Agustin Nuxila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guaberto Enekoitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiago Gabriel Arósio in the 44th minute of play. Cléberson Leme struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Guaberto Enekoitz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aguinhas. 48 minutes into the match, Terapia Intensiva's goalkeeper Guaberto Enekoitz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cléberson Leme.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Clemente Fonda made a kick off. Guaberto Enekoitz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. Arlindo Ortiz's late challenge caught a Terapia Intensiva's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 60th match minute, Aguinhas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luiz Gustavo Mota to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Aguinhas's zone, Alípio Albuquerque stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Faustão Gaspar came out of the goal and Alípio Albuquerque tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cléberson Leme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guaberto Enekoitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiago Gabriel Arósio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guaberto Enekoitz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cléberson Leme went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-1 was the resulting score. A collision led to Terapia Intensiva getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Isidoro Gauargi hit a great ball. Faustão Gaspar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fabricio Oliverios in the 71st minute. Tiago Gabriel Arósio might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Guaberto Enekoitz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tiago Gabriel Arósio ran back to his position shaking his head. 88 minutes into the match, Terapia Intensiva's goal looked a bit too open when Tiago Gabriel Arósio came free, but Guaberto Enekoitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
