Vermudo Capetillo, 5 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 9 minutes into the game, Urti Rancaño was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CERRO PORTEÑO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave UNLIMITED the free kick. In the 9th match minute, CERRO PORTEÑO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urti Rancaño to maneuver through the defense. Fortunato Giordani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. UNLIMITED were furious when Amedeo Castrucci was red carded, 15 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 14 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for UNLIMITED! The crowd rose to their feet as CERRO PORTEÑO's Urbes Perdiz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Andrea Landolfi. That made the score 2-0 after 23 minutes of play. The supporters of UNLIMITED booed when CERRO PORTEÑO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urti Rancaño didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, UNLIMITED's Fabrizio Castellini got a free kick in the 29th minute. In the 30th minute of the match Vermudo Capetillo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Andrea Landolfi skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, CERRO PORTEÑO's Luisito Gadañon got a free kick in the 30th minute. Cosimo Cremonese struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Giraldo Laiseca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UNLIMITED. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Luisito Gadañon managed to get in a good position for a shot. CERRO PORTEÑO's supporters rose to their feet, but Luisito Gadañon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andrea Landolfi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 38th match minute, UNLIMITED was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Trinca to maneuver through the defense. A long shot from Vermudo Capetillo in the 38th minute of play was well struck, but Andrea Landolfi made a really good save at the right post. Andrea Landolfi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luisito Gadañon, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Andrea Landolfi was a little too slow when Astor Sobrido got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 48th minute. The score was now 3-0.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fortunato Giordani stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Giraldo Laiseca made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Fortunato Giordani sent off a good shot on target. In the 55th minute of the match UNLIMITED got a corner. CERRO PORTEÑO's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antonio Pasquarelli ran over to the corner to take the kick. Andrea Landolfi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Astor Sobrido, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 66 minutes into the match, UNLIMITED's goal looked a bit too open when Nuno Berrondo came free, but Andrea Landolfi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luisito Gadañon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andrea Landolfi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luisito Gadañon, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Luisito Gadañon scored 4-0 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Andrea Landolfi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The long shot by Antonio Pasquarelli in the 81st minute really tested Giraldo Laiseca's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 82 minutes into the match, Astor Sobrido had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Andrea Landolfi. UNLIMITED's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Astor Sobrido was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. 86 minutes into the match, CERRO PORTEÑO's goal looked a bit too open when Cosimo Cremonese came free, but Giraldo Laiseca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute, Nuno Berrondo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CERRO PORTEÑO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Andrea Landolfi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Astor Sobrido, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. After 95 played minutes CERRO PORTEÑO got a freekick which was hit by Nuno Berrondo. Andrea Landolfi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luisito Gadañon in the 97th minute of the match. 97 minutes into the match, UNLIMITED's goal looked a bit too open when Luisito Gadañon came free, but Andrea Landolfi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Astor Sobrido in the 98th minute of play forced UNLIMITED's goalkeeper Andrea Landolfi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. CERRO PORTEÑO fully deserved thier win.
