Abel Donatello recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 8th minute Elmer Jasari shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Italo Franklin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 13 played minutes PIAUÍ FC got a freekick which was hit by Agnaldo Sá. After 16 played minutes Porshøj FC got a freekick which was hit by Gordon Fehmarn. Abel Donatello struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Amdi Hojslund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PIAUÍ FC. Agnaldo Sá received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Amdi Hojslund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st match minute, Porshøj FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lennarth Jarnskov to maneuver through the defense. Amdi Hojslund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Nestor in the 24th minute of play. Amdi Hojslund came out of the goal and Joãozinho Yver tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Porshøj FC defense, Agnaldo Sá kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amdi Hojslund. The Porshøj FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amdi Hojslund should have stopped the shot.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Elmer Jasari to strike the kick off in the second half. Rodrigo Nestor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Agnaldo Sá fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amdi Hojslund having to interfere. With his leg Amdi Hojslund managed to avoid a goal in the 61stth minute, when PIAUÍ FC's Rodrigo Nestor fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 64th minute of the match PIAUÍ FC got a corner. Porshøj FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Zé Roberto Velloso ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a rather tough play, Porshøj FC's Elmer Jasari got a free kick in the 64th minute. PIAUÍ FC's Zé Roberto Velloso got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Italo Franklin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elmer Jasari, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. The PIAUÍ FC fans' excitement grew in the 84th match minute when PIAUÍ FC's Agnaldo Sá looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Abel Donatello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sigvart Hedsted hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. A hard shot by Zé Roberto Velloso from long distance, 95 minutes into the match, got Amdi Hojslund's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. PIAUÍ FC played a much better game than Porshøj FC and deserved their victory. The Porshøj FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
