Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Danny Gilespie to make the kick off. Tomas Tuste fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fergus Fairbairn having to interfere. Xherdan Shaqiri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ronan McLaws was shown his second yellow card after 63 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. When Efrain Cai came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Efrain Cai couldn't finish the play. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ. fully deserved thier win.
