The 风云竞技 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ramiro Asteri should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when 陆沙轩 got free with Silvestre Machado in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After taking down the ball on 风云竞技's corner 沈峰伟 fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Silvestre Machado quite easily take care of the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Orestis Tigris dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Silvestre Machado, 1-1. A collision led to VIEDMA FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Orestis Tigris recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo Chan in the 30th minute of play forced 风云竞技's goalkeeper Ramiro Asteri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st match minute, 风云竞技 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 陆剑梁 to maneuver through the defense. Lucas Domingues received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Ramiro Asteri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ramiro Asteri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartolo Franco, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 42nd minute, VIEDMA FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Kajetan Rykaczewski fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 陆沙轩 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvestre Machado having to interfere. Silvestre Machado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orestis Tigris in the 46th minute of play. With a little luck, VIEDMA FC's Silvestre Machado got control of the ball when 陆沙轩 tried to sneak it across the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 陆沙轩 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes, 陆沙轩 made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. Kajetan Rykaczewski ran back to his position shaking his head. 75 minutes into the match, 风云竞技's goalkeeper Ramiro Asteri had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Robustiano Ramond. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Pablo Chan managed to get in a good position for a shot. VIEDMA FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Pablo Chan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ramiro Asteri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bartolo Franco charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bartolo Franco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, VIEDMA FC's Bartolo Franco got a free kick in the 80th minute. The supporters of VIEDMA FC booed when 风云竞技 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. 顾飞霆 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amancio Herensuge's late challenge caught a 风云竞技's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
