Spectators: 7610 (Terracing: 5708, Seating: 1750, VIP seats: 152) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Andrzej Pierz started the match with the kick off. Zé Paulo Bezerra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kajetan Banach in the 10th minute of the match. After 11 minutes Premier FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Waclaw Szkaradek who took care of the corner kick. JKS Czarni 1910 Jasło's Waclaw Szkaradek was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Zé Paulo Bezerra in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Radowit Maziarz fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored JKS Czarni 1910 Jasło's protests and gave Radowit Maziarz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 13th minute, Radowit Maziarz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kajetan Banach fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Paulo Bezerra having to interfere. 20 minutes into the match, Premier FC's goal looked a bit too open when Andrzej Pierz came free, but Zé Paulo Bezerra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the game, Afonsinho Paiva recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Leszek Sebzda. Afonsinho Paiva showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Dadá da Costa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 27thth minute tested the skills of Leszek Sebzda when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Andrzej Pierz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Premier FC's Zé Paulo Bezerra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kajetan Banach in the 38th minute of play. When Kajetan Banach came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the JKS Czarni 1910 Jasło fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kajetan Banach couldn't finish the play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Afonsinho Paiva was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in JKS Czarni 1910 Jasło's zone, Dadá da Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leszek Sebzda came out of the goal and Dadá da Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leszek Sebzda stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dadá da Costa's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. In the 59th minute, Kajetan Banach hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dadá da Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Leszek Sebzda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 68 played minutes Premier FC got a freekick which was hit by Rubens Maia. 74 minutes into the match, Dadá da Costa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leszek Sebzda. JKS Czarni 1910 Jasło's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dadá da Costa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. With a little luck, Premier FC's Zé Paulo Bezerra got control of the ball when Andrzej Pierz tried to sneak it across the goal line. The long shot by Witalis Wasikowski in the 84th minute really tested Zé Paulo Bezerra's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 92 minutes into the game, Rubens Maia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Premier FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave JKS Czarni 1910 Jasło the free kick. Rubens Maia hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Andrzej Pierz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Zé Paulo Bezerra made a huge save. Zé Paulo Bezerra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kajetan Banach, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
