Claudio-Paul Caniggia hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Pitoy Concha managed to get in a good position for a shot. ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s supporters rose to their feet, but Pitoy Concha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Frank Di Cristofaro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Armando Larizza's late challenge caught a ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Armando Larizza helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to OldHighburyInvincibles getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Armando Larizza hit a great ball. Armando Larizza kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the game, Donato Carosella recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pascual Virila. Donato Carosella showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Albano Oro in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Frank Di Cristofaro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 35th minute, Albano Oro made a precise shot to the right of Frank Di Cristofaro. OldHighburyInvincibles's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. After some careless play in the OldHighburyInvincibles defense, Albano Oro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Frank Di Cristofaro. The OldHighburyInvincibles fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Frank Di Cristofaro should have stopped the shot.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Donato Carosella to strike the kick off in the second half. Armando Larizza kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute, Albano Oro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 84th minute Pitoy Concha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frank Di Cristofaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, OldHighburyInvincibles's goalkeeper Frank Di Cristofaro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Albano Oro. Pascual Virila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donato Carosella in the 90th minute of the match. OldHighburyInvincibles's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Albano Oro 95 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-5.
