After some careless play in the OldHighburyInvincibles defense, Panagiotis Nikolakoglou kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Frank Di Cristofaro. The OldHighburyInvincibles fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Frank Di Cristofaro should have stopped the shot. ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave OldHighburyInvincibles the free kick. In the 36th match minute, OldHighburyInvincibles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florian Paolucci to maneuver through the defense. In the 37th minute, Evaggelos Vasilakopoulos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Paris Dimakoglou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuele Monzeglio in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd minute, Armin Madonna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thymios Georgakoglou in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Frank Di Cristofaro saved OldHighburyInvincibles from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Panagiotis Nikolakoglou in the 58th minute of play forced OldHighburyInvincibles's goalkeeper Frank Di Cristofaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alexandros Karameris recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ's Alexandros Karameris got a free kick in the 64th minute. After a defensive mix-up in ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ's zone, Donato Carosella stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paris Dimakoglou came out of the goal and Donato Carosella tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Thymios Georgakoglou got free with Frank Di Cristofaro in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Marinos Giannopoulatos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 72nd play minutes Thymios Georgakoglou shot 0-5, a short shot which went by Frank Di Cristofaro and just under the crossbar into goal. A hard shot 77 in the game by Evaggelos Vasilakopoulos from a close distance when the talented Frank Di Cristofaro managed to make a qualified save. OldHighburyInvincibles's players were relieved. Donato Carosella kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Evaggelos Vasilakopoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Frank Di Cristofaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Frank Di Cristofaro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Evaggelos Vasilakopoulos in the 80th minute. Frank Di Cristofaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vrasidas Manousakis, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Thymios Georgakoglou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frank Di Cristofaro having to interfere. If Thymios Georgakoglou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ's Stefanos Nestoroulis got a free kick in the 84th minute. Frank Di Cristofaro was out of position in the 87 minute of play, and Stefanos Nestoroulis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Stefanos Nestoroulis really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. Frank Di Cristofaro made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Marinos Giannopoulatos sent off a good shot on target.
