AFC CERBEROS's Abel Tabb played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rigoberto Manso in the 12th minute of play. After 14 minutes, Haroldo Abastas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AFC CERBEROS and the El Pinar players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to AFC CERBEROS getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Haroldo Abastas hit a great ball. The supporters of El Pinar booed when AFC CERBEROS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carmelo Beltxe didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 17th minute Fulgencio Beliran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aztore Sarantes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abel Tabb showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fulgencio Lazaeta in the 20th minute of the match. El Pinar were furious when Xano Ocejo was red carded, 36 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After a long run with the ball, Cornelio Valerio did a trick in the 38th minute in front of El Pinar's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 1-1. An impressive performance by AFC CERBEROS's Cornelio Valerio! Abel Tabb took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sustrai Falceto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Haroldo Abastas was shown his second yellow card after 45 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to AFC CERBEROS getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Haroldo Abastas hit a great ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

With a little luck, AFC CERBEROS's Abel Tabb got control of the ball when Rigoberto Manso tried to sneak it across the goal line. Abel Tabb came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by El Pinar's Paulo Borrero. But to his dismay, Paulo Borrero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Jonathan Osasun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Osasun in the 61st minute of play forced El Pinar's goalkeeper Aztore Sarantes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arnulfo Manilan lost his temper 63 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. A collision led to AFC CERBEROS getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Arnulfo Manilan hit a great ball. If Conrado Rios had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Paulo Borrero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Abel Tabb made a huge save. After a rather tough play, El Pinar's Lixandro Rossell got a free kick in the 70th minute. In the 71stth minute of the game Jonathan Osasun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El Pinar's Aztore Sarantes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 74 minutes into the game, Rigoberto Manso cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Abel Tabb was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fulgencio Lazaeta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abel Tabb read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. The supporters of El Pinar booed when AFC CERBEROS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carmelo Beltxe didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulgencio Lazaeta in the 87th minute of play forced AFC CERBEROS's goalkeeper Abel Tabb to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to El Pinar getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Zarando Dolmos hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, AFC CERBEROS's Epifanio Hotz got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 94th minute, Fulgencio Beliran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 95 minutes, Rigoberto Manso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Pinar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rigoberto Manso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The AFC CERBEROS fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. El Pinar were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
